Complimentary lunch, tea, coffee, etc. will be availble to delegates throughout the conference programme. In addition ....

Monday 9th September

Complimentary food and drink and other amusements will be available Monday evening in the William Aston Foyer (point I on the map) for those wearied by a long journey ... or even those not so wearied!

Tuesday 10th September

Delegates are left to their own devices Tuesday evening to explore Wrexham ... or further afield. Some suggested restaurants and pubs. Advice available. Guides possibly ...!

Wednesday 11th September

The conference finishes early for the day on Wednesday. In the afternoon, we take a coach to the historic English city of Chester. Delegates are free to take in some sights for a couple of hours before we go for a relaxing boat trip (on the Lady Diana) on the River Dee. A buffet dinner will be served on board. Coaches leave to return to Wrexham between 10pm and 11pm. One tour ticket is included in all ITA 11 registrations. Extra tickets may be purchased if required.

Thursday 12th September

Coaches depart early Thursday evening to take us to Ruthin Castle. There we will enjoy a mediaeval Welsh banquet with traditional entertainment. Conference 'best paper' award presented. Coaches leave to return to Wrexham between 10:30pm and 11pm. One banquet ticket is included in all ITA 13 registrations. Extra tickets may be purchased if required.

Friday 13th September

The conference officially closes Friday lunchtime. However, CAIR members traditionally retreat to the Plas Coch Pub afterwards then the Nag's Head Pub and Black Peppers Restaurant in the evening. ITA 13 delegates are very welcome to join them to unwind! (It's pay your own way though!)
